Underwater North Sydney

North Sydney is a little too close to the heart of Sydney for the water to be crystal clear. It's definitely not a spot we'd recommend for snorkelling. And when the water is warm enough to get in, you have the added pleasure of Bull Sharks for company. The images below represent the marine life here and were all taken in the harbour close to North Sydney.

Home of the Dubious Frogfish

Let’s be honest, frogfish aren’t pretty – they have a face that only a mother could love. There are plenty of frogfish in Sydney Harbour but fortunately they rarely dare to be seen out in public. They spend their days, hiding from view, in dark little holes.
