Hinge-Beak Shrimp

If you like putting your head in holes underwater you'll come eye to eye with hinge-beak shrimps. Lots of Hinge-Beak Shrimps. These shrimps are everywhere in Sydney.

The naming guy was feeling a little overly creative when he came up with the name hinge-beak. Admittedly, these shrimps do have a long pointy 'nose' that they tilt up when threatened, but the name is still a bit of a stretch. On a normal day they would simply been called white spotted red shrimps which would have been so much easier to remember.
