Football Anemone

Anemone's are known as the flowers of the sea and as such hold little interest for most blokes.

Although these are carnivorous flowers that eat through their anus, they're still too pretty to capture our imagination. Sea stars have a particular way to eat their prey; their stomach has a single opening to the outside so in this way their mouth also acts as the anus. Well you see, when they smell and sense their prey, could be an oyster or a clam, they placed them selfes over the prey and literally trow their stomach over it. Using digestive enzimes they liquified their prey, and finally brings back the stomack into their body to enjoy their meal!

There is one species that stands apart. A species found only in Australia, the Football Anemone. Yes an anemone that looks like a football during the day. It's an anemone that's not even stuck to the ground, it can crawl around and even swim to hunt its prey. It's a real bloke's anemone.
